Today, on Wednesday 3rd February 2021, CBE+ hosted a Virtual Breakfast Morning event with a total of over 30 people in attendance.
Made in Yorkshire's landmark Virtual Breakfast Mornings give industry leaders an opportunity to network, learn best practice and make business changing connections.
A long-standing Gold member of the group, CBE+ are a multi-disciplinary sub-contractor operating four divisions: Precision Engineering, Electroless Nickel Plating, Gear & Beam Pumps and Laboratories.
There were four representatives from CBE+ who attended the event, with Group Business Development Manager Fabio Cosenza leading the presentation. The presentation offered an insightful and interesting overview of the company's history and capabilities; "We combine multiple capabilities into a single supply chain".
As part of a brief overview of the company factory, attendees were given a snippet from a virtual reality tour, bringing an immersive aspect to the presentation. Fabio also touched on the sectors served by CBE+, noting that "We serve the World's most demanding industries".
Following on from Fabio's presentation, CBE+'s Chief Executive Officer, Marie Cooper, spoke briefly to the attendees as well. Following on from this, there were many questions from Made in Yorkshire members, giving CBE+'s representatives an opportunity to showcase their technical knowledge and proficiency.
After these questions were answered, attendees were sent off into smaller "Breakout Rooms" to network, socialise and discuss common challenges and solutions regarding current UK industry trends. Attendees are typically sent into 15-minute breakout groups consisting of 4-5 members each.
