We would like to Thank you for your ongoing support to help us champion British Manufacturing, connect more businesses and offer a platform to leaders in which they can learn and share best practice.
2022 has been another successful year in bringing manufacturing and engineering leaders together to tackle current and ongoing challenges happening in the sector. We were delighted to meet with government ministers and MPs to raise the profile of industry in parliament. All agreed that Britain’s manufacturing sector is a great British success story and we look forward to continuing to work with them as we go from strength-to-strength. We also held live roundtable discussions in addition to our virtual breakfast discussions, such as the ‘People and Skills’ roundtable discussion that took place at Birmingham City University and the ‘Employability Law’ group session held at Wright Hassall.
At the Made in Group our goal is to ensure the sector is well informed about ongoing industry developments and ensure there is a platform for business leaders to share and learn best practice. This year, with your participation, we achieved this through Made Live Breakfast Mornings, Virtual Breakfast Mornings, Masterclasses and Editor’s Picks - a live stream sharing the latest news in manufacturing. Here is Made’s year of 2022 in numbers:

- Created 82 3D Virtual Tours of manufacturing facilities across the Midlands and Yorkshire
- Published 11121 positive news stories from Made members
- Uploaded 137 educational and informative videos to the Made U platform
- 1,788 total number of attendees check-ins
- Welcomed 32+ new members to the group
